Shipping Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
Orders placed after Wednesday at 8:00 AM will ship the following week.
Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship Monday morning.

You may place a pre-order at any time. Please include your preferred delivery date in the order notes, and we’ll schedule shipping accordingly.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping transit times vary by location and shipping method selected at
checkout:
- Express shipping: typically 1–3 business days
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed, as carrier delays and weather
conditions are beyond our control - We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once
an order has been dispatched - Orders delayed due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients

How do I choose the right shipping date?
We recommend including the date you need your flowers in the order notes so we can ship accordingly.
- If your event is on Thursday, we ship on Monday
- If your event is on Friday or Saturday, we ship on Wednesday

For Canada-wide orders, we ship Monday and Tuesday only due to 48–72 hour transit times. This schedule helps prevent packages from being delayed over the weekend and ensures your flowers arrive as fresh as possible.

Yes! You may place a pre-order at any time by completing your order and noting the event or delivery date in the order notes. We’ll follow up with you to confirm and provide the updated shipping date.
Refund and Return Policy?
Due to the perishable nature of fresh edible flowers, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. By placing an order, you acknowledge that external factors—such as carrier delays or abnormal temperatures—are beyond our control and may affect perishable items.
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
If you are not satisfied at the time of delivery, please take clear photos of the flowers received and email our team the same day your order is delivered, along with a brief description of the issue shown in the photos.
Will I receive a refund?
Refunds of the original purchase price are only issued under specific circumstances, at our discretion. In most approved cases, customers will receive a store credit, which will be applied to the account used to place the original order.
Is there a deadline to submit a claim?
Yes. Claims must be submitted on the same day the order is delivered. Claims received after this timeframe are not eligible for a store credit or refund.
